| 摘 要： | 磨球是球磨机中的易耗件,其磨损因素很多。从磨球零件的工作情况、受力情况及失效形式的分析出发,分析讨论了球磨机结构参数及使用条件对磨球工作中冲击磨损产生的影响。提出球磨机结构参数选择设计时应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Grinding balls are the elements used in the crushing mills which easiest to be wear. There are a lot of factors limited the grinding balls wear. According to studying the operating conditions, analyzes its bearing forces, wearing mechanism and their influenced factors of the grinding ball in crashing mills. The influences of the crushing wear of the grinding balls by structural parameters of the crushing mills have been studied using optimistic method. The choices and design principle of the cylinder diameter and other structural parameters has been presented. |
