| 摘 要： | 对几种交联剂在家具革水性顶涂中的应用进行了研究。选用家具革常用的单一聚氨酯顶涂树脂,选择4种不同的交联剂即:氮丙啶类、聚异氰酸酯类、碳化亚胺类、环氧化合物类交联剂,并变换各个交联剂的用量、陈化温度、交联时间等应用条件,考察它们对成革耐干擦、耐湿擦、耐汗擦、耐汽油擦等物性的影响。

| Abstract: | The effect of crosslinkers used in water-ba sed top coat systems of furniture upholstery leather is studied. A common pol yurethane bind er is selected as the single top coating resin. Four kinds of crosslinkers: az iridine, polyisocyanate, carbodiimine, Epoxide crosslinkers are investigated in the selected polyurethane dispersion. The quantity of the crosslinkers, the cros slinking temperature, crosslinking time are evaluated by testing the rub fastnes s of dry, wet, sweat, and petrol. |
