| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要叙述了Ｃ＿（６０）分子的结构以及Ｃ＿（６０）固体的结构和物性，然后较详细地讨论了目前采用的几种气相生长Ｃ＿（６０）。薄膜的方法，以及不同的衬底上Ｃ＿（６０）薄膜的生长特性，最后提出了目前Ｃ＿（６０）薄膜生长研究中存在的几个问题。

| Abstract: | The structure of C_(60) molecules,the structure and properties of C_(60).solids hare been described simply.Some of methods of the growth of C_(60).thin films by different vapour phase deposition and tbe charactereization of the growth of C_(60) thin films on vaiious substrates have been described in detail,Finally,the probiems in the study of C_(60) films'growth have been put forward. |
