重介选煤中固液比的影响研究

摘    要:介绍了固液比对重介选煤的影响。结合淮北选煤厂的实际生产情况,对理论固液比和实际固液比进行对比分析。结果表明,在实际固液比情况下,选煤厂每年节约电量1.5708×106 kWh,实际介耗量减少,固定投资和单位能耗明显降低,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Introduce the influence of solid-liquid ratio on dence medium separation process.Theoretic solid-liquid ratio is compared with practical ratio.The results show that in practical ratio,the plant save electric power 1.5708×106 kWh every year,fewer medium consumption,less investment in high solid-liquid ratio conditions.
