| 摘 要： | 对中小用煤用户进行了界定。介绍了工业锅炉、工业窑炉、民用炉具的数量、耗煤量及污染物排放量、用煤工艺技术等情况。通过分析发现中小用户用煤存在用煤量大、污染严重、用煤技术落后、难以管理等问题,针对存在的问题,对中小用户高效清洁用煤提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | First introduce the definition of medium and small enterprises which consume certain quantity of coal.Analyze the amount,coal consumption,pollutants emission and coal utilization technology and so on of industrial boiler,industrial furnace and civil stove.The results show that there are so major problems,including large coal consumption,serious environmental pollution,backward coal utilization technique,ineffective management.At last,put forward some relevant policy proposals. |
