永磁同步电动机高精度位置控制系统的研究

摘    要:为了提高火炮传动系统的射击精度,提出永磁同步电动机的矩角控制理论,并采用旋转变压器轴角粗、精机组合的原理,提出了一种工程实用的多极旋转变压器轴角-数字转换系统的测试方法。通过软硬件结合,使传动系统空回量明显减小,精度得到很大提高。

Abstract:To improve the precision of the artillery system,the torque-angle control theory of PMSM based on the principle of combination of coarse and fine axis angle were proposed,An engineering practical accuracy test method of multi-pole resolver to digital conversion system was presented and the experiment results showed that the proposed method can obtain perfect location and precision.
