摘    要:纺织品组织结构对织物的外观和应用性能具有普遍的适用性,织物的最终用途在很大程度上取决于所用的材料及其物理特性。因此,织物的结构参数直接决定了织物的性能。研究了不同组织结构对织物力学性能(包括拉伸性能、撕裂性能和耐磨性能)的影响,主要探讨了平纹、斜纹和方平组织对织物力学性能的影响。

Structure behavior of fabric design on mechanical properties of woven fabrics

Abstract:Textile structures are usually considered for universal applicability in aesthetic and performance oriented applications where the fabric end-use will largely depend on the material used for manufacturing and their physical characteristics.Therefore,fabric constructional parameters can be directly responsible for deciding the manufactured fabric properties.This study was conducted for analyzing the effect of different weaves on the mechanical properties of the fabric,i.e.tensile,tearing and abrasion resistance properties.Here,plain weave,duck weave and basket weave were considered for their impact on fabric properties.
