县级融媒体中心监测监管平台建设思路

县级融媒体中心监测监管平台可应用云计算、大数据、人工智能等技术,适应融媒体高效率生产和业务弹性部署的特点,其覆盖融媒体汇聚、生产和发布环节,适配广播电视传统媒体和微博、微信等移动客户端以及网站等新媒体平台,完成节目安播监测、服务质量监测和内容安全监测。目前县级融媒体中心监测监管规范已经发布,文章对规范中自我监测系统以及监管平台架构等环节进行具体说明。

Thoughts on the Construction of Monitoring and Supervision Platform of County-level Integrated Media Center

The monitoring and supervision platform of county-level integrated media center can apply cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,adapt to the characteristics of rapid production and business flexible deployment of integrated media,cover the links of convergence,production and release of integrated media,adapt to traditional radio and television media and new media such as blog,wechat,mobile client,website,etc.,and complete the program security monitoring,service quality monitoring and content safety monitoring.At present,the monitoring and supervision standards of county-level integrated media center have been released,this paper describes the framework of the self-monitoring system and the monitoring platform.
