基于ARM的有机光导鼓自动涂布控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为简化有机光导鼓自动涂布控制系统软、硬件设计,提高系统的实时性和可靠性,采用嵌入式系统(ARM)作为控制器的技术方案。该系统由ARM控制器、水平运动控制和抓手运动控制模块构成,通过触摸屏上提供的控制菜单选择控制参数,由控制器根据设定的参数来实现运动机构速度和位置的控制。研究表明,该系统控制精度高、操控性好。经过测试,该系统水平汽缸的定位精度可达0.1mm,对垂直汽缸的速度控制精度能达到1mm/s,可实现匀速控制和变速控制,能满足各种涂布工艺的要求。

Abstract:In order to simplify the development process of the organic photoconductive drum coating automatic control system,and to improve the real-time performance and reliability,the embedded system(ARM) as the controller is utilized.The system is composed of ARM controller,level of motion control module and machine claw motion control module.Menu controls parameters by the touch screen,which achieves velocity and position control according to parameters set by the controller.The research shows that the system has high control-precision,good handling,and can complete more complex process control.After testing,the system level cylinder positioning accuracy is up to 0.1mm,the vertical cylinder speed control precision can reach 1mm/s,realize the uniform velocity,acceleration and deceleration control.this control system can meet a variety of coating process requirements.
