摘    要:研究了用化学法在α-Al2P3基片上合成多晶Fe3O4基薄膜的原理及工艺,探讨了Fe^2+浓度、溶液的pH值、温度及阴离子种类等因素对合成膜的影响,分析了膜的组成、结构和导电性。

Abstract:The principle and performance of preparing Fe3O4 thin film on oxide ceramic substrate were studied by chemical method. The influence of such factors as the concentration of Fe2+, pH value of the reaction solution, temperature and kinds of anion in the reaction solution, etc., on the ferrite-plating was discussed in detail. The stucture and conductiviy of the obtained film were also studied.
