| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是全球发展的共同目标,风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,必将成为21世纪的重要能源之一。本文从风能的特性、中国风能资源的储量及分布、风力发电开发现状及前景等方面,对风力发电在中国电力可持续发展中的作用进行了详细的分析,并对中国风力发电的发展提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Achieving sustainable development is a target of the whole world.As a clearly and renewable resource,wind power must be one of the most important electricity resources in 21 century.This paper analyzes in detail its role in sustainable development of electricity power of China from many respects such as characters of wind power,reserves and distributing of wind energy,its applications at present and in the future of China,and etc.As well as some feasible actions and effective measures to encourage developing wind power in China are bring forward in this paper. |
