中储式制粉系统的试验研究

摘    要:介绍磨煤机制粉系统优化试验的方法。对湛江电厂2号炉制粉系统磨煤机的出力特性、钢球装载量、系统通风量、分离器特性进行试验;利用商用软件Fluent对分离器的特性进行数值模拟计算,得出分离器的主要参数,提出了磨煤机入口负压及出口温度的解耦控制。

Abstract:This paper introduces the method of optimization experiment of pulverized coal mill system.The output characteristic,steel ball capacity,ventilation quantity,and separator characteristic of the pulverizer system in Zhanjiang power plant No.2 boiler had been tested.By using the commercial software Fluent,the separator characteristic had been numerically simulated and calculated,and its main parameter was obtained.The decoupling control about entrance subatmospheric pressure and outlet temperature of the pulverizer was proposed.
