基于RITHAF的电网谐波分析与治理系统装置的研制

摘    要:针对某变电站在谐波治理的同时需要进行无功补偿的要求,研制了一种基于新型谐振阻抗型混合有源滤波器(Resonant Impedance Type Hybrid Active Filter,RITHAF)的谐波分析与治理装置.在该装置中引入基波串联谐振电路使得RITHAF的无源滤波器在补偿无功时不会增大有源部分的容量,弥补了现有混合有源滤波器不能同时满足这两方面要求的缺陷.文中详细介绍了该装置的滤波原理及谐波分析、控制和主电路三个子系统中的关键技术.该装置已在某220kV变电站中挂网运行,效果良好.

Abstract:According to the requirement of a certain substation that during the harmonic elimination the reactive power should be compensated, a resonant impedance type hybrid active filter based harmonic analysis and eliminating device is developed. The fundamental harmonic series-resonant circuit is led into this device, so the capacity of the active part in this type hybrid active filter will not be increased while the passive filter in this type hybrid active filter is used to compensate the reactive power, therefore the defect in existing hybrid active filters that above-mentioned two requirements cannot be satisfied at the same time is remedied. The filtration principle and the key technologies of harmonic analysis, control and main circuit of the developed device are presented. This device is configured and put into operation in a 220kV substation and obtain good effect.
