锅炉蒸汽雾化油喷嘴性能分析与改进方案

摘    要:针对燃油锅炉的油喷嘴雾化效果差、受热面结焦、喷嘴边缘裂纹、油嘴需要经常拆卸清透等运行方面的问题,对油喷嘴进行了雾化效果的分析,改进了油喷嘴的运行参数,提出了运行操作措施,使锅炉运行状态得到了提高。

Abstract:During operation the oil-fired boiler had some problems, such as bad atomizing and off drop of the spray nozzles, the oil coke forming on the nozzles and heating walls. In this paper, the atomizing effects of nozzles and a few suggestions on improving the nozzles were introduced, some operating solutions of the oil-fired boiler were put forward. Those improvements and solutions made the boilers in better conditions.
