摘    要:论述了特大型桥梁安全监测项目中的远程电力监控系统设计方案,着重分析了Modbus/TCP的协议构成。通过采用状态机定时询问、实时应答与多线程技术,结合现场的远程控制终端和传感器设备,设计出基于Modbus/TCP协议的工业以太网远程电力监控系统。总体上实现桥梁健康监测系统现场配电变压装置的遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调、过流速断保护、远程抄表、负荷控制、故障报警等多种功能,同时,可以进行配置点网络的优化运行和符合的调控。从而完成了监控系统网络化和数据的远程共享,很大程度提高的系统的安全性、可靠性和经济性。

Abstract:Introduces the design strategy for a remote power monitoring system in the large bridge safety monitoring project,and focus on analysis of the Modbus/TCP protocol constitutes.Through state machines with time to time asked,real-time response and multi-threading technology,combined with the remote control terminal at the scene and sensor equipment,Design a remote power monitoring system with Industrial Ethernet which based on Modbus/TCP protocol,realize telemetry,remote communicate,remote control,remote transfer,flow rate cut-off protection,remote meter reading,load control,fault alarm and many other features of the bridge health monitoring system at the scene distribution transformer device,And then get a monitoring system which in order to achieve networking and remote data sharing,improve the safety of the system,reliability and economy.
