摘    要:应用ABAQUS大型通用有限元软件和数值模拟分析方法,建立了膨胀套管膨胀过程的三维弹塑性非线性接触问题的有限元力学分析模型,直观地对膨胀套管的膨胀过程进行了模拟。分析得到摩擦因数与膨胀套管的总轴向位移、所需膨胀力和膨胀套管膨胀后壁厚减薄量的关系曲线以及定量关系的拟合计算式。分析还认为摩擦因数对膨胀后套管的最大等效残余应力和膨胀过程中的接触应力影响很小。

Abstract:By means of ABAQUS large-scale universal finite-element software and numerical simulation analysis method, the finite-element mechanics analysis model of non-linear contact of 3-D elastic-plastic feature during the expansion of expandable casing is established to visually simulate the expansion. The relational curve of friction factor vs total axial displacement, desired expansion force and wall thickness reduction after expansion is obtained, and the matching formula of quantitative relation is acquired. Moreover, it is considered through analysis that friction factor has little influence on the maximum equivalent residual stress after casing expansion and the contact stress during the expansion.
