摘    要:新型光控晶闸管是一种为高压应用而设计开发的高压大功率的集成器件。通过特殊的结构和工艺设计。在器件的内部集成了光敏触发区、内部过压保护器和内置保护电阻,使其具有正向恢复和dv/dt的保护功能。由于光控晶闸管采用了直接光触发,因此特别适用于高电压和串联应用。

Abstract:The new light triggered thyristor is a kind of integrated high power semiconductor device designed for high voltage application, A light sensitive gate, a over voltage protection device, a turn on protection resistor as well as dv/dt protection function are all integrated in the single chip through a special design. The new light triggered thyristor is an ideal device being appropriate in series and in high voltage application.
