| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了由PLC、触摸屏和单片机电子秤构成的用于汽车车轮平衡块自动称重分拣与整形系统。在对比PLC、触摸屏和单片机电子秤的性能基础上,编制了控制程序,合理利用各自功能与优势并实现了PLC、触摸屏和单片机电子秤之间通讯与数据交换。通过实际样机的运行,验证所设计的控制系统正确与有效。
