| Abstract: | The advantages of RF series recovery purification and regeneration system for SF_6 gas were elaborated such as easily to move, short time and high utilization rate for recovery,and higher automation level.The paper introduced the technical condition and the patent state of RF series recovery system for SF_6 gas,and through the application example,it was proved that RF series recovery purification and regeneration system for SF_6 gas had been already applied in the HV switch and gotten extensive approval from user. |
