| 摘 要： | 以某球磨机为例，阐述了有限元参数化建模的一般步骤。利用基于APDL语言的参数化建模技术，通过变参数输入，可以快速得到结构相似但尺寸不同的球磨机回转体有限元模型，并可在不同工况下进行有限元分析，省去了大量重复过程，极大提高了分析效率。

| Abstract: | A certain ball mill serving as the example, the paper narrates the general process of the finite element parameterized modeling. Applying the parameterized modeling tech- nique based on the APDL language, the paper could rapidly get the finite element model of the ball mill rotator with similar structure and different dimension by input- ting the parameter, and makes the finite element analysis under the different working conditions, thus a lot of repetition could be undone and the analysis efficiency could greatly increases. |
