基于云服务的起重机参数化协同设计系统研究

摘    要:围绕起重机设计过程中设计者之间的分布式协同以及信息、资源共享和知识重用等问题,研究了云制造技术,构建了基于云服务的起重机参数化协同设计系统,将参数化变型设计与分布式协同设计有效地结合,提高了快速响应市场的能力,并以铸造起重机小车架参数化设计为例说明了系统的可行性。

Abstract:To solve problem of distributed collaborative information,resources sharing and knowledge r euse among designers during process of crane design,study cloud manufacturing technology,to construct Crane parameter collaborative design system research based on cloud service,combined parameterized variant design and distributed collaborative design effectly,improved the ability of fast response to the market.A case study of ladle crane frame parametric design was presented to vailidate the feasibility of the system.
