齿轮传动与蜗轮蜗杆传动性能比较与消隙机构

摘    要:通过介绍煤矿机械中齿轮传动的发展,兼论了煤矿机械中蜗轮蜗杆传动性能,并且将两者的性能进行了比较,对其参数设计及优势进行分析,为了降低生产成本,保证设备的正常使用,现利用变位技术对大齿轮进行负变位修复,重新加工与之配对的正变位小齿轮,同时对新加工的小齿轮工艺进行改善。

Abstract:Through introduction of coal mine machinery in development of gear transmission,and theory of coal mine machinery turbine worm transmission performance,and will both performance are compared,and parameters for design and advantage to carry on analysis,in order to reduce production cost,and ensure normal use,now use positioner to big gear technology negative shift repair,to processing and pairing of displacement is small gear,at the same time for new processing small gear process improvement.
