基于PLC的矿井供排水网络自动化系统研究

摘    要:矿井供排水系统的安全可靠运行是矿井安全生产、保障生活用水的关键。对基于可编程序控制器的网络化供排水自动控制系统进行了研究。介绍了供排水系统的结构及其控制系统组成,提出了对控制系统的要求,重点对网络化系统结构、检测原理和控制运行方法等进行了阐述,说明了与矿井数字化网络的接口,总结了采用自动化系统后的必要性和重要性。

Abstract:The safe and reliable running of mine water supply and sewage system is key factor of mine safety and life-used water.This paper studies water supply and sewage system based on PLC networked automatic system.This paper introduces structure of water supply and sewage system and composition of control system,puts forward requirements for control system;secondly,illustrates structure of networked system、signal inspection principle and control and run mode on emphasis,introduces interface with digital network of mine.At last,this paper summarizes necessity and importance.
