斜盘式矿用柱塞泵的结构优化及工艺改进

摘    要:从结构特点和工作原理出发,分析了导致某型斜盘式矿用柱塞泵发生早期失效的主要因素,通过对滑靴和回程盘进行结构优化和工艺改进,提出了旨在提高柱塞泵可靠性和使用寿命的几点措施,使产品的故障率从20%左右降到3%以下。

Abstract:A ccording to characters of structure and operation principle,main factors affecting early failure for a certain type of swash-plate piston pump for coal mine were analyzed.Including structural optimization and process improvement towards sliding boots and retainer,measures to increase reliability and service life were presented.The failure rate of pump lowered from about 20% to less than 3%.
