基于AMESim和ADAMS的采煤机调高系统的联合仿真

摘    要:介绍采煤机滚筒调高闭环控制系统,建立模型并进行联合仿真。根据采煤机滚筒调高机构,在ADAMS中建立动力学模型,同时由闭环控制系统在AMESim中建立液压系统,最终实现液压和机械系统的联合仿真。准确地模拟出采煤机滚筒调高系统的真实工作情况,验证闭环控制系统的可行性。

Abstract:The shearer drum height adjustment closed-loop control system is introduced,models are established,and relevant co-simulation is carried out.First of all,according to mechanism,dynamic model is built in ADAMS software.Secondly,the hydraulic system which is transformed is established in AMESim software.Eventually,co-simulation of hydraulic and mechanical systems simulate real work of the shearer,and it is getting that system is feasible.
