采煤工作面单体液压支柱拔柱器的设计

摘    要:在采煤工作面主要有五大工序,破煤、装煤、运煤、支护、处理采空区。炮采和普采工作面一般采用单体液压支柱、金属铰接顶梁支护顶板。当采煤工作面向前推进时,为了减轻采煤工作面支架的压力,维护好工作空间,保证生产正常进行和作业人员安全,必须处理采空区。现在多数采煤工作面采用全部垮落法处理采空区。采用单体液压支柱支护的采煤工作面处理采空区时,拔柱是必须进行的工序。为了降低职工的劳动强度,提高拔柱的安全性,对采煤工作面的拔柱进行了分析研究,设计了一种单体液压支柱拔柱器。

Abstract:There are five major processes coal face,broking,loading,transporting,supporting,gob treatment.It always use hydraulic prop and metal hinged roof beams supporting roof on face of Blast mining and conventional mining.When working face advance,the goaf must be well treated in order to reduce coal face support pressure,maintain good working space,and ensure normal production and safety of operating personnel.Now goaf treatment use fully caving method on majority working face.Column is a must pull process.In order to reduce labor intensity of workers,improve security of pull column,we design a column of hydraulic prop pulling device based on research of pull column on mining face.
