基于TN9红外温度传感器的多通道测温系统

摘    要:为了提高温度传感器的检定效率,设计了一种基于TN9红外温度传感器的多通道测温系统。该系统硬件采用C8051F350单片机为主控芯片,选用TN9红外温度传感器作为温度的检测元件,实现了红外温度传感器TN9的数据采集;软件系统利用KeilC、LabWindows/CVI、SQL及ODBC等技术,实现了温度数据的非接触自动检定、显示及存储。实验结果表明,系统大大提高了温度数据的检测效率和准确度。

Abstract:In order to improve verification efficiency of temperature sensors,measurement system for multi-channel based on TN9 infrared temperature sensor has been designed.The hardware system apply C8051F350 single-chip microcomputer and TN9 infrared temperature sensor,and it realized data collection of TN9 infrared temperature.In software system,the non-contact automatic verification,display and storage for temperature data is realized by using KeilC,LabWindows,SQL and ODBC technology.This system significantly improves verification efficiency and accuracy of temperature data.
