基于Matlab/Simulink的采煤机液压调高系统仿真

摘    要:简述了滚筒式采煤机液压调高系统的原理,利用Matlab/Simulink程序包搭建了液压仿真模型,采用弹簧、阻尼和质量元件组合模拟采煤机滚筒切入煤壁的冲击载荷。仿真结果表明:滚筒截割入煤壁的冲击载荷对油缸和液压系统影响很大,对油缸结构和液压系统的进一步改进设计有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Hydraulic control system for height adjustment of shearer is described,and simulation model is established with Matlab/Simulink.The combination of spring,damping and quality components are used to simulate the load when shearer drum cutting coal.The result of simulation shows that there are great influence on hydraulic control system with impact load acting on hydro-cylinder,and it will be some guide for designing hydro-cylinder and hydraulic control system.
