| 摘 要： | 煤矿综采工作面环境恶劣、空间狭小,采煤机关键铰轴部位的润滑比较困难,开发采煤机干油集中润滑系统,保证干油自动润滑,解决采煤机靠人工注油脂费时费力的难题,达到润滑良好、减轻摩擦、减少功率消耗和延长设备使用寿命的目的。

| Abstract: | The fully-mechanized working faces in coal mines have the severe condition and narrow space,therefore it is difficult to lubricate on the key twist axis of shearer.This article illustrates the development and application of grease centralized lubricating system on shears,which ensures automatic grease lubrication and resolve difficult problem of timing and energy consuming of artificial grease injection method.This system can ensure good lubrication,diminish friction,reduce power consumption and prolong using-life of equipment. |
