定向井套管入井摩阻分析

摘    要:基于前人提出的“软钻柱”模型,采用空间分析方法详细分析了三维井眼中套管单元体的受力情况,推导了计算套管轴向载荷和扭矩的统一公式,这些公式也可以用于采用“软钻柱”模型的钻杆单元体的受力分析。结合濮2—平1井和文266—9井现场采集的数据,运用这些公式计算摩阻系数,并由摩阻系数预测大钩载荷,对所建立的模型进行了分析验证。

Abstract:Based on the flexible string model put forward by predecessors,three-dimensional analytical method was adopted to analyze the forces acting on a casing unit in three-dimensional well more detailedly, and the formulas for calculating the axial tension and the torque acting on the whole casing string was deduced.These formulas can also be used to analyze the forces acting on drill string analyzed by means of flexible string.With the data collected from well Pu2-Ping1 and Wen266-9,These formulas were tested and verified by calculating the friction coefficient from the actual hookload and predicting the hookload from known friction coefficient.
