| 摘 要： | 从工程造价专业的人才目标定位入手,首先分析了目前工程造价专业人才培养有关标准,总结出工程造价专业毕业生的基本能力和发展能力,其次对照了3所不同类型高校工程造价专业人才培养计划,指出应用型本科院校必须在强调专业基本能力的同时,根据社会发展的趋势和造价工程师新的执业标准,不断优化培养方案,为毕业生形成专业发展能力奠定基础。最后,详细阐述了应用型本科院校工程造价专业人才培养方案的优化趋势。

| Abstract: | To establish the education goal of cost engineering speciality, the present training stand- ard of cost engineering speciality is analyzed and the basic and development capabilities of cost engineering graduates are summarized. The training plan of cost engineering speciality in 3 universities of different educational orientations are compared. It is suggested that the application-oriented universifies enhance the basic competency of professional students, optimize the training program in accordance with the trend of social development and the new professional standards of cost engineers to ground the students in professional development. |
