刍议现代法院建筑设计

法院作为国家的司法审判机关,其存在的最本质的目的不是为了制裁犯罪,而是为了提高市民的法律意识、减少犯罪,达到维护社会和谐的目的。现代法院建筑设计需摒弃传统设计模式,将其升华为城市的社会法制活动场所,从场地设计、外观造型、功能组织等多方面提炼这种建筑特征的开放性和独特性,创造出法制文化特质的建筑形象,营造出浓郁的法制文化氛围。

Analysis of modern court architectural design

The essential establishment of a court, the country＇s judicial organ, is not solely for criminal sanctions, but to raise public awareness of the law to reduce crime and to maintain social harmony. The court＇s modern architectural design requires that we abandon the traditional design pat- tern to upgrade it into the place of social legal activities. It is suggested that we extract the characteristics of openness and uniqueness of court buildings from site design, appearance, function, and organization features to bestow the court buildings with legal culture image to create a favourable legal cultural atmosphere.
