| 摘 要： | 外墙窗框渗漏是建筑的通病,对此人们往往仅关注材料和工艺,治标不治本。文章主要分析了外墙窗框周边渗漏水的机理及其途径,并立足构造防水的基本原理,提出外墙窗框防渗水的改进设计方案。

| Abstract: | The leakage around window frames of exterior wall is a common defect in house building.Choosing proper materials and building technique can partly deal with the problem.The mechanism and routes of window frame leakage were analyzed.The principle of construction waterproofing was explored.An improved scheme of construction waterproofing for window frames of exterior wall was presented. |
