高校成人教育财务管理之我见

成人高等教育收入已成为高校预算外资金的重要组成部分。现行的高校成人教育财务管理存在全面预算管理理念缺乏、收费管理难度大、成本控制意识不强及管理模式选择等问题。文章结合高校实际,提出“推进全面预算观念、完善收费管理、增强成本效益核算、优化管理模式”等加强高校成人教育财务管理的对策。

Considerations on the financial management for adults education in college

The income of adults education has become an important part of college non-planned capital. Problems are found in the present financial management of college adults education. They inelude a lack of overall budget management concept, difficulty in fees collection management, an outdated sense of cost control and a perplexed choice of management mode. Approaches to promote overall budget concept and to better fees collection management and cost efficiency verification for enhancing financial management in adults education are proposed.
