| 摘 要： | 以福建省九个地市建筑业发展水平为研究对象，综合宏观规模、施工效率、发展环境等方面建立建筑业发展水平评价指标体系，采用灰关联度方法和改进的归一化方法对实证数据进行评价分析。评价分析结果表明：福建省九地市建筑业发展水平存在较大差异，发展中增长方式有所差异，各地市建筑业的综合发展与发展环境高度相关，对地区经济增长的贡献较大。

| Abstract: | Based on a survey of the construction industrial development of nine regions in Fujian province, an evaluation indicator system of construction industrial development is established which involves macro scale, construction efficiency and developmental environment. Grey correlational analysis and improved normalization method are adopted to evaluate the empirical data. The evaluation results indicate that there is a big gap in construction industrial development among the nine regions with the growth mode of the nine regions varying considerably; that the construction industrial development is highly correlated to the regional environment and greatly contributes to the regional economic growth . |
