| 摘 要： | 党的执政能力建设和先进性建设是党的建设主线,解放思想是推动党的建设主线不断深化的科学精神和动力源泉。改革开放以来,正是在解放思想的引领下,党的先进性建设得到保持和发展,党的执政能力建设得到加强和改进。当前,中国的发展已经站在新的起点上,我们党只有继续通过解放思想,不断丰富党的先进性建设内涵,不断完善党的执政能力体系,才能保障党的建设主线在执政党建设中深入持续。

| Abstract: | Enhancing the Party＇s governing capability and advancement is the thread of Party-build- ing. Emancipating the mind is the dynamic to promote the progress of the Party-building in a scient- ific mannner. Since the reform and opening up, the Party＇s advancement has been maintained and developed, and the building of the Party＇s governing capability has been strengthened under the theoretical guidance of mind emancipation. To safeguard the continuing of the Party-building thread in the construction of the governing Party at the new starting point, it is suggested that the Party continue to emancipate the mind, steadily enrich the connotation of the Party＇s advancement and constantly improve the Party＇s governing capability system. |
