| 摘 要： | 从政府、学校两个层面分析了台湾高等技职教育发展的主要经验,提出加快福建应用型人才培养的建议,即要加大对高等教育的投入,扩大应用型人才办学规模,重视研究生层次工程应用型人才培养,建立官产学研协调机制推进产学合作,建立以能力为本位的课程体系。

| Abstract: | Experiences of the development of higher polytechnic vocational education in Taiwan are analyzed from the aspects of Taiwan regional government and associated educational institutions. Suggestions on enhancing application-oriented professionals are proposed. The suggestions include increasing funding in mainland higher education, enlarging the educational scale for application-oriented professionals, priotizing the development of application-oriented postgraduate students, establishing administrative, enterprise, academia and research institutions coordinated mechanism to pro- mote academia-enterprise collaboration, and formulating competences-based system of corriculum. |
