| 摘 要： | 分析了“代理”承包形成的因素及其弊端，认为建筑工程“代理”承包对建筑工程质量、“被代理”方信誉等将产生极大的不良影响，且将阻碍招标投标制的继续执行。杜绝建筑工程“代理”承包现象继续蔓延是当前我国规范建筑市场亟需解决的一个重要课题。文中提出了若干对策，供有关部门及同行参考。

On the perniciousness of contracting ＂agency＂ of construction projects and the countermeasures |

| Abstract: | The main factors that lead to contracting ＂agency＂ and its perniciousness are analyzed. The practice of contracting ＂agency＂ has exerted adverse impact on the quality of engineering projects and would harm the credit of ＂the party under agency＂, which will hinder the proper implementation of bidding and tendering system. To stop the further practice of contracting ＂agency＂ is a vital issue to be resolved in normalizing the construction market in China. Countermeasures against the contracting ＂agency＂ are advanced for attention of special authorities and professionals in the construction field. |
