浙中山地联排农居节能设计探索

摘    要:山地农居在浙江中部多山地区具有广泛的适用性。由于传统农居存在通风不良、采光不足、造型单一等缺陷,在时代背景下,面临挑战。从节约土地、发挥房间功能、利用空气热作用原理形成室内空气循环、增设节能降耗辅助构造等方法,达到节能环保目的。通过设计,创新传统民居功能布局,调动自然环境因素与建筑构造之间的互动,减少成本,提高建筑节能降耗的效果,对多山地区农居建设具有参考价值。

Abstract:The mountainous rural residences in mountainous areas of central Zhejiang Province feature for broad applicability. The de-fects of poor ventilation,inadequate lighting and single molding of traditional agricultural building caused challenges in modern development.Various methods,such as conserving land,playing room functions,using thermal effect principles to form air indoor and outdoor air circula -tion,adding energy-saving secondary structure,will achieve energy-saving and environmental protection.
