| 摘 要： | 针对现有信号发生器校准系统的局限性,提出了一种基于可视性工程设计环境(VEE)的信号发生器自动校准系统的设计方案。计算机通过通用接口总线(GPIB)控制信号发生器及测量接收机系统,实现对信号发生器和测量接收机系统的状态和参数的设置、测试数据的采集和处理。分析了信号发生器自动校准系统的工作原理,并对信号发生器进行了相关实验,实验结果表明,该系统运行正常,测试结果准确可靠,已成功应用于校准实验室中。
