薄板坯连铸结晶器传热行为的研究

摘    要:H^2长漏斗型的结晶器(H^2——High speed High quality)是唐钢建设的FTSC工艺薄板坯连铸机的最关键设备。本文通过在结晶器四个面上安装的194个热电偶,实时提供铜板的温度变化和分布情况,研究了薄板坯连铸结晶器的传热特性,并分析了将温度数据转换成的热映像的作用,为工艺参数的调整提供依据。

Abstract:The long funnel shaped mould(High speed High quality-H~2 Mould)is the most important equipment of the thin slab caster at Tisco.. In order to study the characteristics of heat transfer behaviour of mould in thin slab CC,the long funnel shaped mould at Tisco. is fully instrumented with 194 thermocouples which are covering almost 100% of the surface of the copper plates. The system is able to render in real time distributive rule of the temperature field of the long funnel shaped mould.In this paper,the benefits of thermal map based on temperature were also simply analysed, which can help to optimise the process parameters.
