医疗垃圾焚烧炉上料装置控制系统的设计

摘    要:根据医疗垃圾焚烧炉上料装置的工艺过程和控制要求,设计了以PLC和触摸屏为核心的控制系统,本文对控制系统的设计方案、组成、硬件配置以及软件设计进行了详细阐述。实际运行表明,上料系统具有性能稳定、操作方便和人机交互友好等特点,实现了自动计量上料。

Abstract:To meet the process and control requirements of feeding device for the incinerator,a control system based of PLC and touch panel is designed.The paper discusses the design project,structure,hardware and software of the control system.The application results show that the system with good inter-information between worker and machine runs stably,uses easy and can weigh and feed automatically.
