摘    要:介绍了节能降耗烧结工序的设计要点,包括烧结原料预混匀、混合制粒机雾化喷头自控加水、超厚料层烧结、高效节能点火、新型环冷机改造及环保型立式棒条筛的应用等。通过新技术、新设备的应用,全面实现烧结工序的节能降耗。

Abstract:The design key points of energy-saving and consumption-reducing sintering process was introduced, including blending and stacking of material yard, atomation system of water-adding for atomization nozzle in granulator, thick layer sintering, energy saving ignition, circular cooler modifying, as well as grizzly bar screen, etc. The target of energy saving and consumption reducing of sintering process was obtained through the application of the new technology and new equipment.
