1,1-二氯乙烷萃取糠醛的模拟设计研究

摘    要:文章采用Aspen Plus软件对萃取分离糠醛过程进行了模拟研究。结合Aspen Split软件,分别绘制了以氯仿、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,2-二氯乙烷为萃取剂的三元相图和剩余曲线图,并进行综合比较,最终选择1,1-二氯乙烷作为模拟萃取剂。根据相图和剩余曲线图,提出了两种可能的分离方案,并用Aspen Plus软件进行模拟分析。结果表明,两种分离方案均能得到合格的糠醛产品,但先萃取后精馏工艺(方案一)比先蒸馏后脱水工艺(方案二)节能95%。

Abstract:Aspen plus soft was employed to research separation process for furfural from aqueous solution. First, the phase diagrams and residual curves were drawn by method of Aspen split soft when CHC13 or 1, 1-dichloroethane or 1,2-dichloroethane was used as extractant, in which it was founded that 1,l-dichloroethane was the best extractant. Second, in view of characteristics of Phase diagram of 1,1-dichloroethane system, the two separation processes were proposed and simulated by Aspen Plus soft. The result showed that the products could be separated efficiently by both of the processes. Energy consumption of process I reduced 95 % than that of process 11. Last, aspen plus soft was used to optimize important process parameters and simulate whole processes by using NRTL equation as activity coefficient equation. Main operation parameters for distillation columns could be used as reference for the design of industrial separation installation.
