烷基化装置无开工油开车的可行性分析及应用

摘    要:惠炼引进DUPONT专利技术——硫酸法烷基化装置首次开车,储备的烷基化油替代品不满足开工要求,在无法寻得合适的开工油替代品的情况下,通过对开工油在首次开车过程中的作用分析,尝试利用开工异丁烷替代开工油,同时对分馏塔因没有烷基化油重组分造成无法分离的状况制定操作方案,取得了装置首次开车成功,为烷基化装置的首次开工开辟了一条新路。

Abstract:Huizhou Refinery was introduced into a licensed technology called DUPONT. In the first drive of the device of hydrate-sulfuric alkylation, alkylate for starting up in reserve didn't meet the requirement of work starting. With unable to find an appropriate substitute, a special operation method was formulated. According to the effect analysis of started oil in the first drive, started isobutene was recommended to replace the started oil. To overcome the condition that fractionating tower was unable to segregate heavy constitute because of Jacking alkylated oil, a special operation method was formulated and the device' first drive was succeed. It had created a new way for the start up of alkylation device.
