电镀工艺对LED引脚光泽度的影响研究

摘    要:发光二极管(LED)引脚的光泽度会影响焊接质量和发光效率,文章研究了LED引脚电镀工艺中酸活化、镀铜和镀银对其表面光泽度的影响,优选了电镀工艺参数,实验结果表明:采用铜微蚀剂60g/L+1%H2SO4酸活化,氰化铜法(1μm)+硫酸铜法(1μm)镀铜;Ag0-56(1μm)+氰化银法(3μm)镀银,可以使LED引脚的光泽度达到1.5以上,能满足高端电子产品对LED的要求。

Abstract:The gloss of light emitting diode (LED) pins would affect the welding quality and luminous efficiency, The influence of acid activation, copper plating and silver plating in electroplating process on the gloss of LED pins were investigated. The parameters of electroplating process were optimally selected. The gloss of LED pins can exceed 1.5 by taking the following process: copper inhibitor 60 g/L+1% H2SO4 acid activation, copper cyanide plating (1 μm)+copper sulfate plating (1μm), Ag0-56 silver plating (1 μm)+silver cyanide plating (3 μm). It can meet the requirements of the high quality electronic products.
