摘    要:首先对丙烷和异丁烷的精馏分离使用Fensake公式和Underwood公式分别确定理论级数和最小回流比,并与使用Aspen Plus中的DISTWU模块计算出的数值进行比较。在此基础上,文章将使用Distl模块,利用灵敏度等分析工具通过确定塔底塔顶的产物摩尔分率以寻找到合适的馏出物和回流比,并对最佳的进料位置,精馏塔的塔径进行优化模拟。最后,还从节能的角度对丙烷-异丁烷分离精馏塔进行经济优化。模拟所得结果,可为精馏塔设计及工业生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:Theoretical stages and the minimum reflux ratio for the separation of propane-isobutane system are identified with the help of Fensake and Underwood Formula firstly, in order to compare with those which are calculated with the use of DISTWU module in Aspen Plus. On this basis, the paper will employ Distl module, and sensitivity analysis tool to determine mole fraction of products in the distillate and tower bottom, which can lead to a suitable distillate and reflux ratio. By the way, the best feed position, and the diameter of the column are also optimized by the simulation, respectively. Finally, the propane-isobutane distillation column is optimized economically on the stand of energy saving. Simulation results can provide valuable reference for design of distillation columns and industrial production.
