摘    要:文章利用甲苯/甲醇(10∶1,体积比)溶液微波辅助萃取塑料电子电气样品,用正己烷沉淀萃取液中的高聚物,采用液相色谱对四溴双酚A进行定量测定。对微波萃取条件、沉淀试剂用量、检测波长、流动相等分析条件进行了优化,并进行了线性关系、回收率、精密度等试验。结果表明:方法线性范围0.1~50mg/L,相关系数为0.9999,检测低限为20mg/kg,回收率在90.6%~94.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于8%。

Determination of Tetrabromobisphenol A in Plastic Electrical and Electronic Equipment by Microwave-assisted Extraction-high Performance Liquid Chromatograph

Abstract:The plastic electrical and electronic sample was extracted by toluene/methanol (10 : 1, volume ratio) solution, and the polymer in the extraction solution was precipitated by n-hexane. The quantitative analysis for tetrabromobisphenol A was carried out by HPLC. The analysis conditions, such as microwave-assisted extraction, use amount of precipitation agent, wavelength, mobile phase, were optimized. Under optimized conditions, good linear correlation, recovery and precision were obtained. The linearity range of the testing method was 0.1-50 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the lowest detection limit was 20 mg/kg, the recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 90.6 %-94.5 % and less than 8 % respectively.
