摘    要:研究了不同热处理工艺对Mg2B2O5晶须增强AZ91D镁基复合材料耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:镁基复合材料的耐蚀性能与其组织和结构密切相关,其β-Mg17Al12相的数量、形状以及α-Mg相中Al的含量都对复合材料的耐腐蚀性有影响。经固溶处理后(T4),材料的耐腐蚀性下降;经人工时效处理后(T5),材料的耐腐蚀性提高;经固溶+人工时效处理后(T6),材料的耐腐蚀性严重下降。

Abstract:The effects of different heat treatments on corrosion properties of Mg2B2O5w/AZ91D composite were investigated. The results showed that corrosion resistance of materials was closely related to their microstructure. The quantities, shapes for β-Mg17Al12 and the contents of AI in ct-Mg affect the corrosion resistance of composite materials. The corrosion resistance of composite decreases after solution heat treatment (T4), increases actually after artificial aging treatment (T5), seriously decreases after solution heat treatment and artificial aging treatment (T6).
