摘    要:用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测试涂层粉末中的铅,通过常压湿式消解法、干法灰化和微波消解法对涂层粉末样品进行消解分析比对,试验结果表明:常压石墨消解法消解涂层粉末可以得到较高的准确率,简化实验步骤;微波消解法比其它方法具有更高的准确率,而且具有操作更简便,消解速度快的特点。

Abstract:Total lead content in powder paint was determined by ICP Optical Emission Spectrometer, Analysis and comparison by using wet digestion, dry ashing and microwave digestion. The results showed that high precise and simple testing process could be got by graphite hot block digestion; the higher precise, much simpler process and rapidity could be got by microwave digestion method.
